We need someone to look after our house and 2 burmese cats for 3 weeks in July. Duties include feed cats, gather mail, put bins out and vacuum once in a while (the cats shed).
The house is a warm (ducted gas heating plus reverse cycle), comfortable house with modern appliances in a quiet neighbourhood. We are situated on the high side of the street, and there are stairs up to the front door and stairs inside the house.
Old Macgregor is close to Kippax shopping centre (about a 10 minute flat walk along the bike path, and has Aldi, Woolies, good take away options and cafes) and close to bus routes. We are close to parkland and have lots of bird life at the moment - including black cockatoos and tame magpies.
We have 2 cats, Jasmine and Zeya, who like to go outside after breakfast and come back in late afternoon. They may be timid at first and keep each other company, but will come looking for cuddles and pats once they get to know you.
You will have your own room with a new double bed, plus wardrobe and closet space, for the duration of your stay.
