Enjoys one big walk and multiple briefer 'outs' during the day, but can be left alone for reasonable amounts of time. Cat is indoor outdoor and does use a box.
Limited bus service in the neighborhood (commute hours best), short drive to BART. Ample parking. Walkable park and grocery store.
