I am looking for a couple to take care of my happy doggie, walk her once a day and and do some light watering near the house. I would also like for you to appreciate and enjoy my house which I have just finished remodeling. The only room left to do is the kitchen which is quite functional but a little shopworn.
This 2-bed 2-bath house is on a quiet cul-de-sac in University Heights with a patio and porch overlooking a canyon. The inner courtyard is shared with a likable couple renting the granny unit. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance and multiple grocers within 3 miles. Balboa Park and downtown are nearby reachable by bus but, as this is Southern California, a car is strongly suggested. I do not provide a car but a bicycle is available.
