We have a spacious, modern home on a small lake, with lots of windows, a screen porch, large deck, woodsy yard with many flower beds. You can swim and fish right off our dock. We have kayaks, canoes and a small power boat. We would need someone to mow the lawn weekly. We have a riding mower and a gas push mower. Also weeding the flower beds and perhaps watering if it doesn’t rain. Bringing in the mail daily and watering the 25 houseplants is the only other house maintenance needed. We have two fluffy Maine Coon cats that need food/water/clean litter box and companionship daily. They like to go outside but come in for the nite or if it rains!
