We have 20 acres with a small herd of cattle (14) and free-range chooks (18) and a small dog. There is a productive vege garden and developing orchards. There is also a small camp-ground with 5-6 sites.
The property is adjacent to Coronation Park which is home (once a month) to the famous Channon market.
The nearby Channon village has a store with laundromat, tavern, primary school and pre-school - a delightful rural area.
We would require the house sitter to keep an eye on the cattle, care for the 9 yo spoodle and let the chooks out each morning and close them away from foxes or snakes in the evening.
Campground duties would involve taking bookings, checking-in campers in the late afternoon, replenishing toilet paper, etc.
