We live in a nice suburb of Orlando, Florida, in a gated condominium community. We are looking for someone that can look after our pets for about 2 weeks or less. Our dates are flexible and we can work with the sitter's availability as this is a last minute sit. The photo of the interior is just a sample for now, we have a fully furnished condo, but we're currently re-organizing and re-decorating, so we hope to have un updated image soon.
The dog is a mixed terrier, 27 lbs, medium size, super friendly, loves people, cuddles and knows lots of tricks (very good boy!) He needs to be be walked three time a day (morning, afternoon and evening) since he's housebroken and only goes potty outside. He's bit anxious about being left alone, he's ok being on his own for about 3-4 hours but get very scared when there's thunder/lighting -- so we kindly ask not to leave him alone during a storm. The cats are very friendly, one loves to sit/sleep on people's lap, the other likes to stay in her favorite spot all day. All pets need to be fed 2 times day and the cat litter boxes need to be cleaned every other day.
This is a 2 bedroom condo, but one of the bedrooms will be unavailable. So you will have access to a large master bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, grill, stove, blender, etc...). The living room has a large TV and leather recliner sofa. We have super fast high speed internet, TV subscription, Netflix, HBO, etc. The gated community offers a lot of amenities like pool, spa, gym, tennis court, volleyball court and more.
The neighborhood has a Publix grocery store at walking distance (about 10 minutes walking) as well as a few restaurants. In about 6-minute drive, you can go to the downtown area where lots of locals gather around shops, restaurants and craft beer brewery. Also about a 6-minute drive, you will find a mall with a Super Target, lots of restaurants and other retailers.
