I am roadtripping my daughter to college at the end of the summer and looking for an active responsible house sitter to care for the animals and do some light gardening!
We live in a modest house in the burbs of Los Angeles: 15 min. to Hollywood, 45 min. to the beach and walking distance to eateries, coffee shops, dive bars and markets.
The Animals: Two huskie muts, one 12 year old male and 8 year old female. They are true to their nature needing exercise (especially the younger one) or else escape is on the mind! Our property is surrounded with a 6ft fence so they are well kept and you have privacy. There is also a cat that though is ours acts more like a visitor. There is a doggy door that both the cat and younger huskie use.
The Garden: I'm no gardner! This is my second year, some new spots, and I have no idea what will be alive by the time you get here but the basics are regular watering and yeah if you are into pulling weeds and coaxing plants with kind words please do!
