We are looking for an experienced house sitter(s) to enjoy our light filled home in Juriquilla, a modern suburb of Queretaro, Mexico, a historical colonial city. This lovely property with garden requires minimum care to maintain the very special haven it is. Dates are Feb.2-10, with arrival one to two days before.
One lovebug dog, five year old Dusty, requires walks, cuddles, feeding and playtime. Needs to be given one small pill daily. Watering of plants and garden as needed.
The house is filled with light, has WI-FI throughout, two large master suite bedrooms, two TV rooms and two offices. Ideal for digital nomad to work remotedly. There is a goumet kitchen for the foodie in you, and every convenience you can think of a short inexpensive taxi ride away. The largest mall in Latin America is nearby, as are advanced medical facilities. San Miguel de Allende, voted by Conde Nast the best small city in the world, is less than an hour away, but the centro of Queretaro is equally charming.
Maid visits weekly. Enjoy the beautiful internal plant filled solarium as you sip your morning coffee, or sit outside on the patio overlooking the garden. The weather in February has warm sunny days, cooler evenings for restful sleeping.
This is an exchange, not fee for service arrangement, and a non-smoking home, drug free home. No children please, or partiers. Once exact dates are set, they will not be flexible. Current references a must. Knowledge of Spanish helpful, but not required.
