Couple require cat-loving house sitter to look after semi-detached house with garden and cat in attractive market town of Hitchin near London. We will be on holiday for 8 days in May and June (leaving on May 29th back on June 5th). Hitchin is situated just 32 minutes from Central London by train and 33 minutes from Cambridge. It is a vibrant market town surrounded by attractive Hertfordshire countryside which is easily accessible via the many local footpaths,tracks and bridalways. It has good shopping and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. Road links are very good, with the A1(M), M1 and M25 all within easy reach - ideal for exploring further afield - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire are not far away.
