Unit is a small 1 bedroom 7 year old Park Model trailer 40 foot with slide out in living area and bedroom. located in a Mobile Home Park....Non smokers Seniors (over No pets Sitter is required to pay our normal cost of operation of unit....eg: pad rent $200 per month, propane heating cost estimated to be $50 per month, and electrical costs, estimated to be $30 per month.
