I have a 2 story Queen Anne Victorian home on a quiet corner in the Mt. Olympus (Buena Vista Heights) area of San Francisco. It is one of the BEST areas of San Francisco and has a 1 car garage with an automatic door. The house has 3 bedrooms but the smallest bedroom is now used for storage. It has 3 baths, 4 fireplaces 2 burn wood, 2 are gas only, 9 foot grand piano, Washer Dryer, Panoramic views of the Bay, walk out view decks. I am moving to Hawaii on Nov. 6 or so. When I am back in SF I have another place to stay. I have a cat (10 yrs old siamese white mix), who cannot move to Hawaii until the end of March 06 as he has to pass rabies tests and a waiting period which ends March 31, 06. The cat (Muchka), has his own way in and out of the house through his own kitty door so, although there is a litter box, he never uses it. Muchka needs to be fed 2 times a day 1/2 can of cat food each time and dry cat food provided by filling a dry food feeder once a week. Muchka needs fresh water every day, bowls are set out here and there, and his food dishes need to be washed every day or so. Mostly junk mail comes to the house, it needs to be collected and left in a box outside the front door. My office will come by once a week to pick it up. My office will reimburse you for the Latina cleaning lady who comes once every 2 weeks, but you need to pay her in cash every visit. She has her own key. There is hi speed internet access via a Wi Fi card, you need to provide your own laptop as my computer will not be available. Also Cable TV, washer dryer etc
