I have a very gentle dog to be looked after and the lawn to mow.

I am about 1km from the centre of Maryborough QLD which is about 20odd klm from Hervey Bay, about 100 klm from Bundaberg and approx hours from Brisbane.

The Mary River is about a block from the house.

Maryborough is known as the Heritage City and has many interesting old buildings and areas.

Also has all the amenities of any City.
