I need a house sitter from 25 Feb through 2 May Our new retirement home is tucked in the trees on 5 acres with a beautiful view of Meadows Valley, and we are located 3 miles from the small town of New Meadows. We commonly see deer and red fox in the yard. McCall Idaho and Payette Lake are approximately 10 miles away. The Brundage Ski Area is also about 10 miles and the ski area is open until 15 April and during the summer for use of mountain-bike trails. An 18-hole golf coures and Zim's Outdoor Hot Springs Pool are both located just 1 mile from our home. The Little Salman River and main Salmon River is 30 miles away (great steelhead fishing), and Hells Canyon National Recreation Area is approximately 60 miles away. We have 2 well-trained house dogs and a fenced dog run attached to the house. Dog care is simple and does not require that they be exercised, but we are looking for a "dog lover" to stay at our home. Both dogs are old and have some problems with hearing. March and April brings a mix of snow and rain in the valley and lots of spring snow at the ski area. We also have many warm and sunny spring days in the valley. Our home is spacious with Dish TV, stero, and DSL computer hook up.
