Port Macquarie is a tourist town on the mid north coast of N.S.W. known for its beaches, moderate climate, and good restaurants, fine arts and sporting facilities. Our home is a modernised timber farmhouse on the edge of town with paddocks and National Park on 3 sides and new houses about 100 metres away on the other side, only 5 minutes to the centre of town; all 7 beaches are closer. We seek someone who can look after our pool and water our garden when needed. Our water is from 2 large rainwater tanks, and a couple would not run out of water, but a family not used to tanks may run out, hence a couple or individual would be better suited. The area is very quiet, with my nearest neighbour about 100 metres away. Own transport is necessary. No pets as we have koalas, kangaroos and wild birds around the house. Non smoker.
