We have a comfortable fully airconditioned 3 bedroom modern lowset brick home with salt water swimming pool. The garden area is easy maintained We also have a loveable very friendly 13 yr old female border collie dog, who needs her daily outing (although she is very slow) and lots of TLC. Dixie our dog sleeps outside and spends most of the day outside. Our requirements are that you should maintain our home and garden,ie mowing grass, watering plants,and maintaining the pool. Would need someone who has experience with a saltwater pool, also who loves dogs. Non smokers are a must and we also would prefer a mature aged couple. Yeppoon is a small town on the coast about 40 klms from Rockhampton. Ferries to Great Keppel Island are about 5 klms away. Byfield National Park is to the north about 30 klms. Our home is not far from the beach, or shops. It is a quiet area and we have good neighbours. You will only have the use of 1 bedroom as we lock our room and the other spare room is full of our daughters stuff while she is overseas. However the bedroom you will use has an expensive queen size comfortable bed. There is space in the garage for one vehicle.
