Housesitter or sitters wanted for about two weeks in mid to late July. Tickets are not yet booked, but there's some leeway since visitor accommodation is upstairs -- lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms -- and a few days of sharing would be fine. The house is extremely comfortable and has all mod cons, including Foxtel and wifi. Two small, elderly dogs will require kindness and pampering, which includes a walk in the morning and being taken out briefly at night. If you are not a dog lover, please read no further. Five goldfish in a pond and pot plants will also require some attention.
Bundeena, a small village on Port Hacking, is an hour by car or 90 minutes by train and ferry from Sydney's CBD. It is situated within the Royal National Park, so beaches, bush walks etc are among its attractions. The RSL, "Bowlo", cafes, an IGA, Post Office , chemist, ferry etc are a few minutes' walk away. This 'sit' will suit a person or couple who enjoys the company of delightful canines, home comforts and the great outdoors.
