House sitter needed from the 12th September for 8 weeks. Spacious older style beach cottage situated in the beautiful coastal area of Killcare on the Central Coast of NSW.Our home is surrounded by national parks,is 5 minutes to the beach and bays & local cafes and general store. Killcare is a small community but also only a 25 minute ferry ride across the water to Palm Beach & the northern beaches of Sydney or one hour by train to the centre of Sydney. We are needing a person/couple or family to mind our home and dog,for 2 months while we are away visiting one of our sons in France. We especially need someone who also doesn't mind sharing with our other son, aged 18. He works full time as an apprentice carpenter,& is often away from home on jobs during the week. Our son is a quiet and busy person and would respect that our home is your home while we are away.He has his own space and bathroom. All usual amentities are available within our home, including a piano, computer,own ensuite and the use of a car and our bicycles.
