Hello. I will be leaving soon (2 weeks) for a surprise 10 month job in MA and am looking for a house sitter who likes gardening, maintaining historic environments and antiques, and quiet neighborhoods. House sitter must accept total responsibility of caring for home, yard, and gardens, maintain a standard of care for home equivalent to and no less than my own, take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of home and contents at all times, and pay all telephone and utility charges incurred during occupation of home. Tasks that I am looking for housesitter to perform during house sitting stay are: • Gardening • Garbage disposal • Readdressing mail • Forwarding faxes or important documents
