We have an unfurnished granny-flat in a large (5 year old (lined) colour bond shed, it has a large bedroom, toilet, shower, kitchenette,(no stove)lounge area with tinted windows,lights, 4 external doors. 4x4 and caravan able to park in the shed as well or under the big shade trees near the g/flat. It is unfurnished. The property is 9.3 acres, whereas the house yard is around 1.5acres & that's the area we need you to maintain. This would suit a couple who like to potter, to maintain the garden/trees, exterior of house & sheds, interior of granny flat. Watering of citrus trees and garden beds will be an absolute necessity. Very quiet property, you will need to be gardeners who know how to prune fruit trees & use the whipper snipper. Experience with the operation/maintenance of a ride-on mower will be an advantage as mowing will be needed. Some small general maintenance jobs to be done as they arise,ie cleaning of bore pump filter. Going away on week ends is not a problem. A drive to town will take 12 minutes. Hervey Bay and access to Fraser Island are within a 45 minute drive. Brisbane is 3hrs away to the South via Gympie.
