Need stable, responsible, trustworthy, clean, and mature individual or married couple to house sit our Alaskan log home and care for our husky mix senior dog and one house cat. Knowledge of living in below zero climate, use of wood stoves, and driving in snow is helpful. Keeping our home and pets clean, warm, safe, and happy is our most important concern. Home is situated on 30 acres in a rural suburb. Neighbors are down the street. Can see Northern Lights during winter nights. Home has furnace, garage, and all ammenities. Community has population of 1,600 with grocery store, gas stations, cafes, coffee shop, motels, bakery, courthouse, gift shop, clinic, post office, DOT, etc.... Moose, caribou, fox, and grouse may occassionally be seen in driveway or yard. If you like having a "white christmas", this is for you.
