This is rural setting with rain water tanks, septic and wood heater. Ample water and wood will be available. Electric fan heaters in three rooms. One spoilt loving cat with own caged run. Excellent shops 5 minutes and 10 minutes drive. Large but easy maintenance garden. City 15 to 20 minutes drive.
