I require a non-smoking, responsible person or couple to care for and exercise my young, energetic dog, and look after my rented home while I am away. Few other requirements, but no children please. The house is 2 bedroom, with lots of light, a drivein garage and a large yard that is very private. The yard would require some watering but lawnmowing is taken care of. The house is on the edge of town with many tall fir trees around the property and forest reserve just five minutes walk away. There is cable TV, and computer access if you have your laptop. With your own transport you can access many other walking and biking trails in the mountains, along creeks and beaches in the area, and you can see many types of wildlife from bald eagles overhead to sea birds, seals, deer, etc. There are decent restaurants within easy driving distance, also excellent playhouses in Courtenay and further afield. There are fishing tours, swimming pools, gyms, and other attractions to investigate. Love to meet you!
