If you like cats and are mature, reliable & trustworthy we would like to talk to you about looking after our home together with 2 lovely cats, one Blue Point Siamese the other Havana Brown Oriental while we are away.
York is a fantastic location to spend some time in with lots of interesting places to see and visit, your house/cat sitting could be justification for a well earned vacation in this part of the UK.
We are from NZ and have a 3 year assignment in the UK and Europe. From time to time we will be returning home and also at times will be travelling abroad. It is envisaged that we will require house sitters on at least 6 occasions throughout any year varying from 3-4 days to 3 weeks. This Christmas / New Year we will definitely be away for at least 3 weeks from the 19th December.
The house is a lovely modern 4 bedroom home with nice gardens & courtyard, off street parking is available.
The property is within 30 minutes easy walk to Micklegate Bar, York's Gateway to the south on the city wall. 5 mins to bus stop, close to shops, pubs, golf course's and York racecourse.
The home is tastefully decorated with all mod cons, wireless broadband, Stereo systems, DVD, Sky HD, 46” LCD TV, security system etc.
