This is an older home in an older suburb, a corner lot on Ferguson Road. It has been repainted, new fixtures, and carpet. I have rented three rooms of furniture and housewares, but there are two guest bedrooms and a sitting room if you wish to bring something of your own. I will pay for the yardwork, utilities are very negotiable,since this is such an ordinary assignment. All I ask is for the house to be occupied at night, and kept neat for the showings. This is my only inheritance and I would like to protect it until sale but funds are limited. This is an ordinary suburban home not a mansion, but it is fresh and pretty on the inside. Please help me out here. There is a Minyard 2 blocks away and the Casa Linda shopping area is a 5 minute drive away. Drugstores and postoffice 2 minutes down Ferguson. The house is between 30 and Buckner Blvd. Oh, and there are no pets for you to bother with. Thanks.
