Walking distance to Greenwood business area; we are on the #5 bus line to downtown Seattle. Two miles from beautiful Green Lake. Short drive to Northgate Mall. Close to rte. 99 (Aurora Ave)& I-5.

1-2 adults only, please; no smoking; no pets.

Requirements: watering front & back gardens; recycling.
