Hello! My husband and I are in our early forties; both working professionals. We love to travel!
We just booked a last minute, quick getaway and thought we would try housesitting as an option instead of kenneling our three year old Siberian Husky.
We offer a large, comfortable home, centrally located in Nanaimo. Close to the College, downtown, shopping and parks.
As a housesitter we ask that you gather the newspapers, check the mail and spoil our dog. That's pretty much it.
Her typical day is as follows: Sleep until 10:30 am, have a leisurely breakfast, enjoy some backyard time on her run, play with some friends at the local dog park, perhaps a walk at the beach, a nap on her favorite love seat (you can have the sofa), a quick game of tug o war or fetch, a late dinner around 8:30 pm, a walk around the neighbourhood and some time in the backyard before bed.
If this sounds like a day you can settle into and don't mind being a "pooper scooper" then drop us a line.
