I have a very remote homestead in central Nevada. I have 2 donkeys and some horses that wander in occasionally and a mature ranch dog. All of them basically care for themselve with the exception of Roadie, the dog. She needs walks, love and help with filling her food bowl. There are eggs to be gathered daily. Other than that it is a situation of just being here. Being eyes to catch a small problem before it becomes a big one.
Great location for outdoor activities or just sitting on the porch enjoying the mountain view. The log home is relatively new. Accommodations are very comfortable.
I am at 7,200' so it should be nice weather. But High plains desert is anyone’s guess..
