An active couple are required to house sit our home and orchard in Te Puna Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty North Island New Zealand. The property is 1ha with 70 Avocado trees and is 10 minutes from Tauranga City centre. The only up keep on the property is mowing with a ride on mower that takes about 2 hours to do plus garden care. We have a small dog 7 months old that needs caring for and 3 chooks. The only other chores are to water the house plants and keep the house tidy.
