Charming 2-bedroom house in the Laurel District of Oakland. Low maintenance. One cat with great personality to feed. Some watering, mail retrieval. The house has lots of light from many windows.

I would like to find a reliable house-sitter for an on-going relationship, as I travel frequently. I will need references, of course, an interview, and finding the right person through a mutual getting-to-know-you process. The house has a wonderful back yard as well; the peaceable kingdom.
