Wanted a retired married couple who are both non smokers and have no pets,and who would ask their visitors not to smoke or bring their pets in our home while visiting them. The home is located in a rural setting about 13km from town,with some walking trails in the area, it has 3 bedrooms 3 baths + den is heated by electric heat or wood heat, with an attached garage. What I expect from the housesitter is to pay the utilities, BC HYDRO, INTERNET HI-SPEED, STAR CHOICE SATALITE TV.TELEPHONE(comes with minutes of long distance calling) and if YOU prefer to burn wood it will be $ a cord, and to keep the house clean and orderley, USE IT, BUT DON'T ABUSE IT and leave it in the condition that we left it to you. If you can live with these conditions we would like to hear from you.
