Need house sitter for Mediterranean style 4000+ sq foot home in up-scale Westlake area of Austin. Beautiful hill country location yet only 6 miles to downtown Austin and 8 miles to UT Austin. No pet sitting required. Help prepare home for eventual sale by coordinating with contractors. General maintenance, gardening/landscaping, handyman and decorating and organization skills a major plus. Non smokers only. Previous house sitting experience. Must be able to provide references, background check.
