We need someone to take care of our lovely, renovated Victorian house, garden and our cat, Mimi. Mimi, is an easy going girl who spends most of her time inside. She has access to the garden during the day, but is kept inside at night. The garden is lovely and very low maintenance. It has an easy to manage watering system, and some pot plants to hand water. The house is warm and comfortable, with central heating for cooler weather, and has a reverse cycle system and ceiling fans for hotter days. It is centrally located in a lovely, quiet street and is very convenient to the main street of Ballarat, the station and the lake.
