We have a modern, spacious 2 storey townhouse, level entry, full downstairs area, 2 bedrooms and an office, no pets are permitted as we have allergies, and we would like non smoker housesitters. No children or younger adults are permitted to stay/live in our 55 plus senior complex.
We are very close to a very large shopping mall Woodgrove Shopping Centre, also Canadian Tire, and other shopping.
There is a large food store within a few blocks of us, and many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs are nearby.
The area near us is flat, good for walking, and close to many amenities. We have a garage, and are located in an adult complex with restrictions on the size of any pet, and the number of occupants in our house. Housesitters may not have pets at our house.
We are also on a busline.
