We desire a house sitter initially for 3.5 months with the potential for long term (up to 2 years) due to possible relocation overseas. We prefer a responsible individual or couple who would be willing to do a minimal amount of yard work and water plants. Mowing service will be provided and we do not have any pets. We require non smokers. Our house has 3 bedrooms,2 baths with a large sunroom and private fenced back yard. The deck has a nice screened gazebo for dinning in summer or can accommodate our hot tub in the cooler months. Our location within the community is convenient to shopping, parks, medical care,and cultural events in the community and at local colleges. We are centrally located in the state of NC with the mountains only a 45 minute drive. The beach, Smoky Mountains, Atlanta and Washington DC are all within a weekend trip range.
