We're looking for a pet/house sitter for our 8 year old labradoodle (June 26 to August 26). She's a great, friendly dog, although a little excitable when meeting new people. She's a big girl, 80 lbs, but very sweet and lovable.
We need somebody to walk and feed our dog and take good care of the house when we're gone. There might be some lawn mowing involved as well but our yard is tiny, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Our house is a twin (2 bedrooms) with a small yard, 10 minute walk from the train station to Center City. The ride takes 25 minutes. Our neighborhood (Fox Chase, is really nice and safe, within walking distance to a library, playground with a pool, shops and restaurants. There is a huge park (Pennypack) not far from us as well.
We have wifi connection, land line, AC window units but no cable TV.
We are looking for a reliable, non-smoking dog lover. References required. We need somebody who can commit for full 2 months as we're going to be away the whole summer. Just to clarify, this is not a paid position.
