Three-bedroom, nine-year old home. sq.ft.,with air-conditioning and all amenities No pets or children please. We are not on the water but the Neuse River is right across the street. We need someone to water the plants, weed the flower beds,pay some utilities and enjoy the "Sailing Capital of North Carolina." We will be away at our summer home in Northern Michigan.Would prefer a couple to housesit.
