I need a catsitter/house sitter to start as soon as possible, sharing with me until 22 September and then alone until around Thanksgiving. This is a swap, lodging for house-sitting.

I need someone who is a non-smoker, is sober, honest, thoughtful, considerate, self-sufficient and mature.

I have a spare room, so can overlap and would prefer that. I'm a mile from UC Berkeley, and 1/2 mile from BART. It's a quiet neighborhood, with many amenities close at hand.
