We will be on long service leave and don't want to leave the house empty. There is one large friendly dog to be cared for. Mowing will need to be done occasionally. Tank water only. Vege gardening & chooks are optional. House is in a rural area close to the Barron River, enjoy swimming, canoeing and listening to the birds in a bush setting. Lovely lifestyle. Kuranda (Far North Qld) is a well known tourist area 400m above sea level, so much cooler than Cairns.
