Victoria is a very mild winter climate, with maybe one snowfall a winter lasting a very short period of time(NORMALLY) My home is very comfortable, bright, 15 mins. to downtown Victoria, 5 mins from Butchart Gardens,close to airport, Sidney and Ferries. Your financial requirements would just be the monthly expenses-utilities, pad rental.
