This sit is in New Zealand. The departure date is approximate at this stage. This is a 3 bedroom house but only the second bedroom will be available for use. We use one bedroom as an office which you will also be able to use. When we are away, some maintenance work will be done in the main bedroom which during some weekends. We will need you to feed the cat, collect the mail, keep the garden neat and pay the power and your phone bills. As soon as we know the exact dates of our departure and return, I will ask who is available for the period and then we can take it from there. Thank you for your interest.
