Nature retreat on 160 acres, surrounded by USFS land, there is great hiking right out the door. There are 2 dogs that need tending, one is getting old but still goes for walks, the other is middle-age. Both are mutts around 50 pounds. There is unlimited WiFi access, long distance landline, wood heat, solar power, wood-fired sauna all included- it's a great retreat! The Methow Valley has lots to offer for someone interested in a nice break from the city - art gallery, restaurants, theater. It can snow at this time of year, skiiers and snowshoers come enjoy! Having a car that is decent in snow is helpful, 4WD isn't necessary if you have front wheel drive and good tires.
