Our 100 year-old house is in the Historic District of Lenoir City, a small town just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, in the foothills of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This area offers something for everyone: beautiful outdoors for hiking, camping, boating, and more; antiquing; city amenities and nightlife. Lenoir City is within easy driving distance of Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and more great destinations. It is a wonderful place to be!
The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful. Most folks know each other and kids can play outside safely. While the house itself is attractive and comfortable, the neighborhood is the icing on the cake. We will introduce you to immediate neighbors and friends so you have an instant circle of people you know.
The house is two stories and is around square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sits on a fairly small lot… there is a small back yard, a small front yard and narrow strips of lawn on each side of the house that must be mowed. We have some gardens also, which will be prepared and mulched before we leave, so care should be fairly light.
Our two cats, Rosco and Celia, are indoor-only felines and do not have any particular health issues. They just need to be petted, fed, and their litter box cleaned.
