We have a large, bright house (designated guest room, 3 bathrooms, family room with a mountain view) and a beautiful vegetable and flower garden. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes away (10 min to UBC, 20 to downtown), and there are lots of ethnic restaurants within walking distance.
No pets but the garden will need some tending: watering deck plants and tomatoes in frame; picking (and eating!) blueberries, raspberries, perhaps peas and broccoli; deadheading flowers (mainly roses) and picking up and fruit tree rose leaves.
We can accommodate you for a few extra days at either end of our trip.
