We are looking for someone who is reliable and careful. We take great pride in our lovely home and would dearly like someone to take care of it for us whilst we are away.
It is a large house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two studies, a movie room, sitting room, Kitch, Dining, Living, large decks with views, pool and granny flat. We back onto a reserve and its a 5min walk to parks surrounding the Lake. The Beach is a 10min drive and Shopping centres are 5 to 15minutes away.
We have someone who looks after the pool and grounds as well as a cleaner. Whilst we are away they will continue however the Cleaner will only be every three weeks. We make everyone take their shoes off to come in house (including my elderly father!). The house is carpeted throughout and has air conditioning. Its lovely and snug over the winter months.
We have a cat who is allowed inside under supervision and loves curling up on the lounge with us. She is locked in the Laundry each night. She is a sook and we would love someone to take care of her.
