Sitter required for large Federation home on acre in central Lara. 5 mins walk to railway station (Melbourne - 40 mins, Geelong 12 mins) and walking distance to local supermarket, schools, hotel etc. Three rooms under renovation, but all main areas (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, lounge room etc) are finished and clean and comfortable. No pets please as property is not "pet safe". Mowing and general garden maintenance required. Gas central heating, with sitter to pay for gas and electricity used during stay. Close to You Yangs Regional Park (bushwalking) or drive to Otways National Park (Great Ocean Rd).
