Hello. We are a 'young' couple in our 50's who travel quite a lot. This year we are heading to New York for Christmas/New Year with a couple of weeks in LA & San Francisco on the way. We live in the Lighthouse Beach area of Port Macquarie (a holiday destination which, I think, speaks for itself), a 5-minute walk from the surf. We have a large 4-bedrm, 3-bathrm home with 2 decks, front and back, to catch the sun all day. We also have a swimming pool in the back yard, off the large back deck which adjoins a reserve. Actually, sometimes I wonder why we leave when we have it so good here but we do enjoy experiencing other cultures and experiences. We have 2 cats who are very lovable but we live in a rainforest/koala corridor area so they need to be locked in every night to protect the native wildlife....mainly ring-tailed possums and koalas. We need someone to look after the cats and the house/pool for a 5-week period during the summer. We would prefer a couple of similar age to ourselves but are open to any offers/applications.
