Quiet, middle-aged couple seeks quiet, mature, responsible woman or couple to look after our house in Dallas from late August until just before Thanksgiving. We don't have any pets due to allergies, so your only responsibilities would be to be home and treat the property and furnishings with TLC!
This is a great opportunity to check out Dallas' vaunted dining scene, take day trips to Fort Worth or Glen Rose, and see sights like the Kennedy Memorial, Sixth Floor Museum, Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas Museum of Art, Kimbell Art Museum, Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, AT&T Performing Arts Center (including the new Winspear Opera House and Wyly Theater), Crow Collection of Asian Art, Dallas Arboretum, and Dallas World Aquarium. There is great shopping nearby too.

* Located in a quiet, friendly, close-in East Dallas neighborhood
* 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, gourmet kitchen, totally renovated in
* Minutes from a 10-mile walk/bike circuit at White Rock Lake Park
* Walking distance to two grocery stores, banks, a gym, and a few restaurants
* A few minutes' drive to Whole Foods grocery stores, NorthPark Center Mall, and fine restaurants
The yard is a bit of a loss, but if you like to garden, you are welcome to take a stab at it! Texas heat can still be strong in September, but October and November are usually very pleasant.
Terms:
* Our long-time cleaning professional will come out to clean each week
* Our existing lawn service will mow and trim each week
* The lawn must be watered twice a week through the end of September using our automatic sprinkler system
* No pets
* You will need to bring your own vehicle and unfortunately we do not have a garage space available
* No smoking or shoes in the house
* Deposit required
