main with en suite and W-I-R. Fully ducted R/C

air-conditioning, and solar-heated in-ground

pool. Modern kitchen and large family room with

usual entertainment options. Spare room, home

office, formal lounge/dining. Family bathroom

and separate toilet. Off-street parking.

Two friendly and lovable dogs to care for - cross

breed Retriever/Cocker Spaniels. Will be just

over 5 years old during sit. Medium sized

females (spayed) from same litter.

Landscaped easy-care front and back yards.
