1 Bedroom cottage on 5 acres with a dam. Undercover for caravan, car or 4 wheel drive. Workshop & Garden Shed. Have no pets but have wonderful bird & wildlife, peaceful end of cul- de sac. Tasks:Look after house inside & out, water garden & pot plants, mulch when needed plus general maintence. Happy with a small dog Sorry no cats. 25 mins NW of Bundaberg. Suit retired couple Non Smokers. Can photo's. Require Long term at least 1 year want to become grey nomads Computer Internet available. Have Ride on Mower ect.
