Three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse, walking distance to metro, Eastern Market, Lincoln Park, restaurants, the Capitol Building, and the Supreme Court. The home is about 1,300 square feet, covering the first and second floors of a row house (the basement is off limits, and is rented out), and has central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, front and back patios, and street parking.
